This is a Belgian Tripel. This traditional Belgian beer is a complex blend of aromas and flavors that are produced by this unique yeast strain. There is some sweetness that comes from the pale malt and the high alcohol. The bitterness is up there for having such a light body, but is balanced well with the right amount of hops and malt. Belgian candy sugar is also added to this style of beer to help lighten the body and add more complexity to the aromas and flavors that make this a delicious Belgian beer.
